Welcome to the Novi Education Learning Management System (“LMS”), part of the Moonshot Program. By accessing or using this website, platform, or any associated services, you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Definitions

“Platform” or “LMS” refers to Novi Education’s Learning Management System, including teacher, student, school admin, and super admin portals.

“User” refers to any student, teacher, school administrator, parent/guardian, or visitor accessing the platform.

“Content” refers to curriculum materials, videos, documents, assessments, and resources provided within the LMS.

“Novi Education,” “We,” “Us,” refers to Novi Education PTE Ltd.

2. Eligibility

Use of the LMS requires adherence to age and role requirements:

Students under 13 require verified parental consent in accordance with COPPA.

Users must be authorized by a participating school or Novi Education to access restricted areas.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration.

Notify Novi Education or your school immediately of unauthorized account access.

Not share accounts or impersonate another user.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Attempt to bypass platform security features.

Interfere with platform performance, data integrity, or other users’ experience.

Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Educational Content

All curriculum materials, videos, worksheets, assessments, and digital assets within the LMS are provided for educational use only.

Users may not:

Reproduce, redistribute, or modify content without written permission.

Publish or share proprietary materials outside the LMS.

Content may be updated periodically to improve accuracy, relevance, and user experience.

6. School & Teacher Responsibilities

Schools and teachers are responsible for:

Ensuring student participation aligns with school policies.

Monitoring student activity and submissions.

Ensuring parental consent is obtained where applicable.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students must:

Complete activities and assessments with integrity.

Use communication tools (e.g., forums, Q&A) respectfully.

Follow all digital citizenship guidelines provided by their school.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Novi Education complies with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA requirements.

We ensure:

Secure storage of personal data

Encryption of sensitive information

Strict role-based access control

9. Third-Party Services

The LMS integrates with trusted third-party services such as:

AWS for hosting

Cloudflare for security

Vimeo for video streaming

By using the platform, you acknowledge that these services may process data as required to perform their functions.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including design, branding, curriculum, software, and media—is the intellectual property of Novi Education or its licensed partners. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Payment & Billing (If Applicable)

For schools or institutions using paid services:

Fees must be paid according to their agreement.

Access may be suspended for non-payment.

Refunds follow the terms outlined in contractual agreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

Novi Education is not liable for:

Interruptions in service due to maintenance or technical issues

Loss of data caused by user error

Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, jeopardize platform security, or misuse educational resources.

14. Changes to Terms

Novi Education may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the LMS after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
